Education and
leisure courses
Ludlow Conference Centre is the perfect venue for creative and innovative courses for people of all ages. Our educational consultant has put together a variety of teaching and learning material which links with KS2 national curriculum and the facilities offered by the town and the area: Ludlow is renowned for its castle, church and medieval architecture whilst the surrounding countryside is breathtaking and affords many opportunities for outdoor pursuits.
English as a Foreign Language
The Centre is well placed to combine the professional tuition of the English Language with exploration of Ludlow and the surrounding countryside . We are able to offer qualified and experienced TEFL teachers to tutor groups on site and can offer a wide range of cultural, educational and recreational experiences out of the classroom: Ludlow is a matter of hours from Oxford, Stratford and the beautiful Welsh Mountains and coastline, whilst the ancient historical town of Ludlow provides the student with experience of life in a working medieval market town.

Festivals
Food festivals, garden festivals, jazz and fringe festivals all figure in Ludlow’s annual round of events. Perhaps the most famous is the Shakespeare festival, in which one of the Bard’s masterpieces is performed within the dramatic walls of Ludlow Castle. Why not try on some of the costumes worn in Shakespeare’s time, which are to be found at Ludlow Museum Resource Centre? Or try out some of the scenes in one of our rehearsal rooms at the Ludlow Conference Centre?
Self Development and Church Groups
The Ludlow Conference Centre is home to the Hereford Diocesan Library and Resource Centre. It also provides the venue for training ministers, and as a Registered Charity, exists to promote Christian education to young people. It is an excellent base for Church groups, retreats and self-development courses.
