Conference Rooms for Hire
The Ludlow Conference Centre offers versatile facilities for conference, seminar and inter-agency groups close to Ludlow’s historic centre, at highly competitive rates.
There are six meeting and seminar rooms on site, accommodating between 8 and 80 people. These are available throughout the year, including evenings and weekends, for single sessions or whole days. Training, break-out groups, interviews, and public meetings and consultations are all frequently held at the Centre.
A range of catering is available at the Centre, offering refreshments and quality home-cooked food. There is also a licensed bar. Dedicated and experienced staff ensure a warm welcome is given to all guests.
Regular users include voluntary organisations, local government, university day study and seminar groups, regional committees, churches and local businesses. The Centre’s staff can help groups to plan how they will use the facilities if required.
Discounts are available for multiple bookings and a range of equipment is provided free of charge on request. Prices for rooms start from £31.00 per half day or evening session.
On-site parking is available and meeting rooms are accessible to people with disabilities (please let us know if any group members have extra wide wheelchairs.
